Important Photo Upload Instructions

Please select the correct miniature category before uploading your photo. The uploaded image must match the category selected for accurate 3D generation.

For example, if you select Solo Miniature, the uploaded photo must contain only one person. Do not upload a couple, family, group, or pet photo under the Solo category.

• Solo – Only 1 person in the photo
• Couple – Exactly 2 people in the photo
• Family – Number of people should match the selected family category
• Pet – Only the pet intended for the miniature should be clearly visible
• Bust – One clear front-facing head-and-shoulders photo

Important: The 3D preview is generated based on the category selected and the photograph uploaded by you. If an incorrect category is selected, extra people are visible, or the uploaded photograph does not match the chosen category, the 3D preview may be generated incorrectly. The customer will be responsible for any incorrect 3D generation caused by an incorrect category selection or unsuitable photo upload.
